Safe, Confidential, Trauma-informed counselling in
Exeter and online
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes” Carl Jung

Hello and welcome
There are many reasons why you may be seeking a listening ear right now.
I offer relational, neuro-affirming, person-centred therapy, integrating a variety of approaches with deep listening to you and your unique nervous system, all grounded in mindfulness and a hearty dose of humour.
When life feels tough tolerance for stress and difficulty lessens, issues may present themselves, causing anxiety, low mood, affecting confidence and relationship dynamics. Perhaps you feel it is time to look at some well-worn habitual patterns that are no longer serving you. Perhaps you would like to explore your own unique values, needs and sensitivities, rather than changing shape to meet society’s expectations of what these ‘should or should not’ be. Or maybe you would like support with untangling from a legacy of trauma, or a combination of all of the above. I offer a safe space to explore this with you at your own pace.
I offer a free 20-minute video call to discuss what brings you to counselling and see if we would work well together.
60 minute face to face sessions take place in a light and comfortable room in Exeter, a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. The room has soft lighting, fidget toys and is in a relatively quiet, leafy area of the city. The room is up several flights of stairs so unfortunately is not accessible to people with mobility impairments.
60 minute online sessions on request.
